American Graphene Partners established a Not-for-Profit University PhD degree / Apprentice training program under the Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Labor (DOL), approved by the Internal Revenue Service and funded by the U.S. Treasury under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) 45Q Carbon Credit program.
We farm carbon, methane, and soil contaminants (forever chemicals, microplastics) by capturing them in the lattices of hemp plant bast fiber. Hemp is harvested and carbonized into graphene diamonds or powder. We unite specialized farmers across the U.S. and Canada in the world’s first carbon-negative, 100% renewable, 100% green, full circular carbon economy — “Dirty Air to Graphene.”

To lead the global transition to sustainable, American-made advanced materials by commercializing hemp-derived graphene while generating high-value carbon credits through large-scale industrial hemp cultivation and carbon capture utilization.
Our organization has reached commercial readiness in the production of high-quality graphene derived from industrial hemp feedstock. This process enables graphene production at a cost significantly below conventional manufacturing methods while maintaining scalability and supply continuity.
Historically, graphene adoption has been limited by high production costs and restricted supply. By leveraging renewable hemp biomass and integrated processing capability, our model removes these barriers and enables stable, commercial-scale graphene supply for major industrial applications.
Traditional graphene manufacturing methods such as chemical vapor deposition and graphite processing are energy-intensive and costly. Hemp-derived graphene provides a renewable carbon source that enables scalable production while dramatically reducing manufacturing cost barriers.
Guaranteed production cost significantly below conventional graphene manufacturing methods • Renewable and scalable agricultural feedstock supply • Commercial-ready operational infrastructure and strategic industry relationships • Additional environmental value through carbon sequestration and land remediation

This initiative proposes the use of industrial hemp as a high-efficiency biological carbon capture crop within a regenerative agricultural framework. Hemp’s rapid growth rate, extensive biomass production, and deep root systems enable it to absorb and store significant quantities of atmospheric carbon dioxide while simultaneously improving soil health.
The project integrates large-scale hemp cultivation with soil carbon storage strategies and sustainable biomass utilization to generate measurable environmental and economic benefits.
Industrial hemp has demonstrated strong potential as a carbon-sequestering crop, with Historic absorption rates of 8–15+ tons of CO₂ per hectare annually depending on growing conditions and soil health.
Additional environmental benefits include:
• Soil regeneration through root development and organic matter input
• Potential remediation of contaminated or degraded soils
• Reduction of greenhouse gas concentrations through biological sequestration
• Support for regenerative agricultural practices.

American Graphene Partners has entered into a strategic partnership with Larry Love University (LLU) to launch a groundbreaking 12-year CO₂ Direct Air Capture (DAC) hemp pilot program. This initiative will serve as the foundational proof-of-concept for the company’s proprietary hemp-based carbon sequestration platform and will generate high-integrity, engineered carbon credits eligible for the federal Section 45Q tax credit under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
American Graphene Partners has been approved by the Pentagon.
The pilot program is structured under the joint oversight of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). It combines advanced biological DAC through optimized hemp cultivation with rigorous, real-time atmospheric monitoring. All CO₂ sequestration data will be captured using industry-leading eddy covariance flux towers engineered and operated by Leikore Engineering. Measurements are uploaded in real time to a trustless blockchain ledger, delivering 100 % verified, validated, and immutable data with full transparency and auditability. The resulting carbon credits carry a verified permanence of 1,000 years—the highest quality classification currently available in the engineered-credit market—ensuring maximum value for corporate buyers, compliance markets, and voluntary offset programs.
